BOLTON: Pakistani and Kashmir culture and traditions have highest values and central stage in the world and every year the new designs of Pakistani culture are being introduced so the young generation remain in touch with rich ancestral culture and traditions, said Majid Nazir, Director Sleek Asian International (SAI) while talking to media at the concluding function of annual ‘Wedding and Fashion Show’ at a local hall.
“We need to organize wedding shows and fashion shows of Pakistani and Kashmiri culture to keep youth in touch and it is right of every man and women to make efforts for looking graceful”, Majid Nazir further said.
He said Asian in general and Pakistani culture in particular is providing a lot to men and women to look graceful by adopting Pakistani fashion.
He said he along with his dedicated and hardworking team is holding the show every year. After creating and discussing new designs we are presenting them to people of North West so that they could have better designs during weddings and other functions to chose”, he added.
“I had decided to hold the show at Bolton Town of Greater Manchester and it has got a huge appreciation of people and business community and media partners have also shown their interest, while family has also helped a lot to make the show a success”, he said, adding, “I am thankful to all who supported in making the show a success”.
He said for promotion of Pakistani culture and traditions Pakistani Government should also take some practical steps as it is providing jobs to unemployed and help strengthening the economy.
He said next year he with the support and consultation with friends make the show more beautiful and attractive.
Renowned model Bakhtawar Riaz along with other models enthralled show when walked with latest dress designs. Fadia presented songs in her melodious voice while Mani Liaqat brought laughter in the show due to his jokes. Renowned compare Marks hold the show in a beautiful style.
Renowned TV Anchors Iqrar ul Hassan and Waseem Badami attended the event as special guests.
